Jarrod oversees the capital planning and construction process for K1ÌåÓý-Cascades. Before coming to K1ÌåÓý, Jarrod spent 18 years in the high-tech sector. His background includes semiconductor production process development and equipment maintenance as well as managing semiconductor facility construction.

Jarrod has an associate’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Jarrod’s lean journey began while supporting a factory transformation. This firsthand experience in the operational improvements that lean processes can offer for factory and construction production sparked a deep passion in lean, collaborative business processes that reduce cost and increase value for owners.
