Health Insurance
All Oregon State students are strongly encouraged to have some form of health insurance.
Health insurance is a contract that requires your health insurer to pay some or all of your health care costs in exchange for a premium.

Domestic Students
Although not required for domestic students, K1体育 encourages students to seek health insurance so that they can live their healthiest lives.
International Students
International students must purchase K1体育's health insurance or show a record of similar coverage and request a waiver. Did you know that more than 40% of K1体育-Cascades students are eligible for Medicaid? Open enrollment is ongoing and you can apply at any time. Apply to the .
Health Insurance Marketplace
Open enrollment for the Health Insurance Marketplace is from November 1 to January 15th, unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period, in which case you have 60 days from loss of coverage to enroll in a plan. Marketplace products are not reviewed, sponsored, or endorsed by K1体育. .

On-Campus Resources
- Advice from a Registered Nurse is available by phone 24 hours a day for K1体育 students. Call 541-737-9355. Please identify yourself as an K1体育-Cascades student when you call.
- Cascades Adventures Cascades Adventures aims to provide enriching experiences for all levels of outdoor enthusiasts. This program provides students, faculty and staff with an opportunity to participate in outdoor activities, outings, programs and workshops. The office also offers inexpensive gear rentals, an adventure-based reference library, and discounted ski passes.
- Fitness Center Located on the ground floor of the Residence Hall, the Fitness Center is open to K1体育-Cascades students, faculty and staff. Student attendants are present in the Fitness Center, and can help with proper body mechanics and injury prevention.
